Please save yourself the trip and avoid this location due to the extremely poor customer service I experienced from the manager/owner. Before arriving, I called the shop and spoke with a female representative, who I believe is the receptionist. I explained that my car window was not going up and asked if I could bring the vehicle in to have it checked and possibly repaired. I was told to come by and that they could take a look at it. When I arrived, I entered the office and was greeted by a bald gentleman who identified himself as the owner/manager. Unfortunately, his attitude was immediately dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that I should not expect my window to be fixed and that “car shops don’t work that way.” I explained that I had called beforehand and was advised to come in because the issue could be inspected and potentially repaired. I had a great experience here a week ago on a patch for my run flat 🛞. I was quoted cheaper than 2 other places I called. The employee John at the service desk was amazing. Communicative, honest, & swift. Thank you John for making my experience top notch. If I could give your 10 stars ⭐️ I would. Great customer service skills 👏

Wow what a bad experience I just had in this store! the worst customer service! I went to buy 4 tires for my car and a man at the counter treated me very badly. He asked tire model of my car and I couldn't tell myself and he came out with a rude word and making bullying with another customer who arrived after me. And by the way he told me you have to wait, super rude and complaining that i didn't know the measure. “How could I buy shoes without knowing the size number”. I just turned around and left! I was a casual customer here and even always recommended it to my family. Done today!
